Shing shing! Time to try this out again - very nearly has it nailed, but need to tinker with a few traits!

Is your bike any good Tem? If it's anyway heavy, it'll kill ya! I find walking & swimming easier - or by an expensive bike that's light

Cycling is really good Tem. Its less impact on your knees and joints and pelvis and lower back in terms of impact.
