OK lets give this a bash - we can try for HM, but if we don't apparently it doesn't affect the symbol drop! Leading this is kind of new to me so stay with me on this as i think it will be good to get the hang of this instance.
We will need a healer and CC for definate (2 CC classes would be great if possible). A captain would be a nice touch too. Bring pots, tokens and scrolls. Be ready for invite and summons (this includes traited  ) 15 minutes in advance. Lost

Is your bike any good Tem? If it's anyway heavy, it'll kill ya! I find walking & swimming easier - or by an expensive bike that's light

Cycling is really good Tem. Its less impact on your knees and joints and pelvis and lower back in terms of impact.
