I hope to have this as a regular weekly event for those that want the occasional 2nd age drop and chance to secure their first age weap. Its quick if we get it right but no worries if we dont as we all have to learn . I also appreciate that peeps may be away etc so we will try to get this running as a regular event so that there is plenty of notice for all

Is your bike any good Tem? If it's anyway heavy, it'll kill ya! I find walking & swimming easier - or by an expensive bike that's light

Cycling is really good Tem. Its less impact on your knees and joints and pelvis and lower back in terms of impact.
