2 healers min Cappys/burgs/LMS would be nice  Tanky types! Bring pots, scrolls and tokens. Please try to be ready 15 mins in advance of start time for invite and summons...please say if this is a little early for you

Is your bike any good Tem? If it's anyway heavy, it'll kill ya! I find walking & swimming easier - or by an expensive bike that's light
