The Twilight Gathering

Welcome to the inaugural Grand Twiglet Fishing Competition!

This will be a competition to see who can catch the most fish in a set period of time - namely 30 mins.

Rules

1. This competition is open to all members of the kin and will take place on the 7th of April 2010 and has a starting time of approximately 8:30pm.

2. The competition will take place on the shores of Nen Harn north east of Bree-town. All participants will do their fishing from this location. See the following link for a map. http://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/File:Breeland.jpg

3. The competition will run for 30 minutes, the coordinator (namely myself in this instance) will determine and announce the start and finish times.

4. The participant who catches the most fish in this time period will be declared the winner and champion. It is quantity of fish that is important here not the rarity. And no one is interested in how many old boots and rusty daggers you catch. tongue
4.a. In the case of a tie after the 30 minutes have passed; all participants who have tied will enter a 'fish-off'. This requires them to start fishing at the same time again, the first of the tied participants to catch a fish will be declared winner!
4.b. It is recommended that you have no fish in your inventory prior to participating in the competition to avoid any confusion and that you have enough empty space hold a lot of fish to accurately tally your total at the end.

5. The winner will be declared champion and will receive a prize: In this case it will be a specially named top-of-the-line +5 well crafted lebrethon fishing rod.

We should start to gather at 8:15 pm with an eye to starting at 8:30pm and finishing at 9:00pm.
