trying to go to this mumble website or whatever whereever it is and it wont let me log on says ii doesnt recognise my password with my email address so i gather then i would have to be logged onto the new webiste before being able to use mumble ?

Is your bike any good Tem? If it's anyway heavy, it'll kill ya! I find walking & swimming easier - or by an expensive bike that's light
